Labor relations have been modified as a result of changes in the environment and in organizations. It is premature to specify consequences or measure impacts; the truth is that there is no going back to the past. The purpose of this research work is to interpret the present based on current labor chronicles, in order to predict possible future trends. Se observaron y describieron cambios en las relaciones laborales antes y después del pico de pandemia; hoy en los tramos finales de ese arduo transitar, sobresalen expectativas y desafíos. Las relaciones laborales se han modificado a consecuencia de los cambios del entorno y en las organizaciones. Es prematuro precisar consecuencias o medir impactos, lo cierto es que no hay retorno hacia el tiempo pasado. El propósito de este trabajo de investigación es interpretar el presente en base a las crónicas laborales actuales, en pos de predecir posibles tendencias futuras.
