| Sumario: | Based on the question of whether the career succeeds in training competent professionals, sufficiently prepared to face dynamic and unstable contexts, particularly with their current instances of professional practice, the study raises as a research problem the Development of Professional Competencies of the Graduates in Administration of the National University of Rosario through the different modalities of Professional Practice implemented in the Career: Internship, Final Work and Dissertation. The research adopts a predominantly quantitative approach, with a descriptive, cross-sectional study. The main instrument is the survey, applying a self-administered questionnaire to a self-selected sample of graduates. |
