Sumario:Is teaching intended to build, or to think; to project and to build, or to reflect? Does architecture require walls and ceilings? Are building materials only those that are usually used? Can graphic and written images evoke images of well-being that are able to shape dreamed spaces; places where to dream, i.e., where to dream that it would be possible to dream?Architecture studies are at the crossroads between practice and theory, construction and reflection, active life and contemplative life. The action-reflection conjunction is uncertain and complex, especially when architects in Spain are required technical knowledge. Thus, one might wonder if studies should also teach to take a step back to consider or reconsider the building work in progress or the already built work.
