Theoretical and analytical categories from social sciences are brought into play in order to deepen the view that deals with the ways in which material forms, architectures and pedagogical projects interact. In terms of the structure and organization of the text, we first consider some questions regarding these interactions and the implications that interdiscipline -as a methodological and epistemological option- entails when spatiality in education is discussed. Secondly, some conceptual clarifications addressing what we understand by space and spatiality are introduced resorting to approaches and categories of social sciences that enable us to rethink spatiality in Argentina’s present schooling processes.   En este artículo se presentan algunas reflexiones en torno a posibles vínculos entre espacios, espacialidades, procesos de escolarización y derecho a la educación. Se ponen en juego categorías teóricas y analíticas de las ciencias sociales para abrir la mirada sobre las interacciones entre formas materiales, arquitecturas y proyectos pedagógicos. En cuanto a la estructura y organización del texto, en primer lugar, se consideran algunas preguntas en torno a estas interacciones y las implicancias que la interdisciplina, como opción metodológica y epistemológica, tiene en el estudio y el abordaje de la espacialidad en educación. En segundo lugar, se presentan algunas precisiones conceptuales sobre qué entendemos por espacio y espacialidad recuperando enfoques y categorías de las ciencias sociales que habilitan a repensar la espacialidad en los actuales procesos de escolarización en Argentina.
