Sumario:This article aims to establish correlations between Le Corbusier’s early theoretical texts and the choice of photographs of the first houses he built shortly after the publication of such writings. This is the selection that Le Corbusier made for the book compiling his complete work. We try to demonstrate that the images he chose and the way in which they were manipulated had a clear purpose: the reinforcement of the principles he set forth in the texts; the photographs were edited in order to reaffirm such principles.
