that mobilize and integrate such resources related to particular situations. The perspective that is assumed in this paper proposes an analysis of the competencies as structural and functional configuration constitutive and constituting of individual and social subjectivity of an active and interactive situated person. In context of ambiguity and uncertainty, the need to develop meaningful and significant learning open to change, creation and experimentation demand a professional competency–based training pretended as a constructive–interpretative process in permanent “dialogue” with a historical and changing reality product and production of new forms of subjectivity. |
