description The objectives of this paper were to characterize the dynamics of conflicts and alliances among local actors from the implementation of the ordinance that regulates the application of phytosanitary products in Roldán (Santa Fe, Argentina) and to evaluate the changes in the local network from the call to meeting. Semistructured interviews were conducted and workshops were then convened by sector to find common points of view. The diagnosis showed that they all felt "victims" of alliances that they could not handle. Then, the workshops allowed participants to recognize that the meeting was a possible way to mitigate conflicts. Accepting forming part of a dialogue table showed this recognition.
