These elements function in their conception as a gateway to configurations of a specific historical situation. In the case of the 19th century in Argentina, Canal Feijóo decided to study it through the analysis of forms of expression of the order of the discursive. The present work focuses on Canal Feijóo’s makes reading of the political-philosophical texts of certain protagonists of the generation of '37, mainly Esteban Echeverría and Juan Bautista Alberdi, to understand a phase of Argentine history in which it is configured from the intellectual layers an incipient national state.
