description The article proposes the revision of conceptual cores that have been structuring the field of teaching practice in recent decades, both in the implementation of teaching curriculum, and in the academic field of research. Given this theoretical scenario, it is proposed, then, to complement the developments exposed so farwith the conceptual contributions of psychosocial perspectives whose approaches are characterized by the interest of elucidating the dialectic between the psychicand social dimensions in the phenomenon and processes that are taken as the object of study. In particular, we revisit the contributions of Training Pedagogy and Psychodynamic work to the understanding of subjective processes that are developed in the first instances of teaching, where the encounter with the real object of work occurs and the tasks of the profession are totally assumed during the process of training.
