Sumario:The objective of this research was to describe the profile of tourists who visited Zacatecas during the 2024 edition of the International Street Theater Festival (FITC). The study is a non-experimental, cross-sectional, quantitative study with a descriptive approach. The methodology used was based on an on-site survey conducted between October 12 and 19, the dates of the festival. The survey was administered to a random convenience sample; 140 questionnaires were administered, and 127 were considered usable. The tourist profile was obtained by analyzing the frequencies of the demographic data obtained, which yielded the description of a national tourist, male, between 21 and 29 years old, single, and mainly a student; most visitors come from neighboring states. The results contribute to the formulation of tourism strategies and the study of cities oriented toward cultural tourism.
