Sumario:Objective: To analyze the relationship between experiential tourism and sustainability in Bogotá. Methods: The study employed a qualitative approach using interviews and observation. We worked with a sample of 100 participants, which allowed us to obtain a representative view of perceptions and experiences related to sustainability in tourism. Qualitative analyses were conducted to identify patterns and trends. Results: The results show that experiential tourism in Bogota generates high satisfaction among tourists, especially those involved in immersive experiences in local communities. Eighty-five percent of respondents highlighted their greater connection with Bogota's traditions and customs, which favors social sustainability. A positive relationship was observed between tourism and the pillars of sustainability: social, economic and environmental. Conclusion: Experiential tourism in Bogotá promotes sustainability and fosters respect for local culture. Although sustainable strategies have had a positive impact, more communication about green practices is required to meet tourists' expectations.
