We worked with a sample of 100 participants, which allowed us to obtain a representative view of perceptions and experiences related to sustainability in tourism. Qualitative analyses were conducted to identify patterns and trends. Results: The results show that experiential tourism in Bogota generates high satisfaction among tourists, especially those involved in immersive experiences in local communities. Eighty-five percent of respondents highlighted their greater connection with Bogota's traditions and customs, which favors social sustainability. A positive relationship was observed between tourism and the pillars of sustainability: social, economic and environmental. Conclusion: Experiential tourism in Bogotá promotes sustainability and fosters respect for local culture. Although sustainable strategies have had a positive impact, more communication about green practices is required to meet tourists' expectations. Objetivo: Analizar la relación entre el turismo experiencial y la sostenibilidad en Bogotá. Métodos: El estudio empleó un enfoque cualitativo utilizando entrevistas y observación. Se trabajó con una muestra de 100 participantes, lo que permitió obtener una visión representativa de las percepciones y experiencias relacionadas con la sostenibilidad en el turismo. Se realizaron análisis cualitativos para identificar patrones y tendencias. Resultados: Los resultados evidencian que el turismo experiencial en Bogotá genera una alta satisfacción en los turistas, especialmente aquellos involucrados en experiencias inmersivas en comunidades locales. Un 85 % de los encuestados destacó su mayor conexión con las tradiciones y costumbres bogotanas, lo que favorece la sostenibilidad social. Se observó una relación positiva entre el turismo y los pilares de sostenibilidad: social, económica y ambiental. Conclusión: El turismo experiencial en Bogotá promueve la sostenibilidad y fomenta el respeto por la cultura local. Aunque las estrategias sostenibles han tenido un impacto positivo, se requiere una mayor comunicación sobre las prácticas ecológicas para satisfacer las expectativas de los turistas.
