It is mainly based on a heterogeneous corpus of texts and on an unbroken line of poetical agendas, which question or subvert the hegemonic models of circulation and consumption of cultural goods. Thus, they allow inherent contradictions to arise and also make possible a thorough study which generates insights of the major interests and issues at stake, in a context in which the economic and legal paradigm collides rather frequently with strictly literary definitions of works.
