The objective of this article is to comment on the practices carried out by the teaching team of the subject Epistemology and Research Methodology in Legal Sciences (FCEJS-UNSL) –whose activity began in 2012– regarding the teaching of law from a critical perspective. Conceiving the legal from that point of view implies considering the diversity of current realities. In addition, if it is assumed that the environments are multiple, heterogeneous, it is not possible to study them from a single field of knowledge.Adopting such epistemological views requires a pedagogical attitude that adapts to change. Therefore, this text will show the ways in which a degree subject faces daily challenges to propose strategies that question the dominant legal sense and, from this, transcend positivism. On the other hand, all of humanity was surprised by the situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, which showed the importance of assuming dynamic didactics. For this reason, the adaptations made by the teaching team to attend to this new context will also be reported. |
