description From Deleuze de Spinoza's reading, elements are provided that support the idea of "‹"‹a historical identity of the teacher in the care or self-concern. It is explained as the existence of the teacher's identity, his affirmation in a knowledge that survives to this day, the "knowing of himself" or "caring for himself" (Foucault, M. 2009), is susceptible of being traced using some ideas expressed by Deleuze through Spinoza, ideas related to the conatus. In detail, it is shown how persevering in being, the spinocian conatus, is equivalent to an idea of "‹"‹identity, and how that identity is traversed and conditioned by an ethic immanent to the existence of individuals. In this way, there is identity, but not all identity is beneficial for an individual or a society, only one that responds to self-work, this in the second and third genres of Spinocian knowledge.
