This paper attempts to identify the discourses and spaces of intellectual production in Geography and Anthropology that contributed to the consolidation of Human Geography in Argentina in the first half of the 20th century. In line with this, in thesepages we analyse the articulation of this problem in the collection La Argentina. Suma de Geografía, edited between 1958 and 1963 by Peuser House and directed by Francisco de Aparicio and Horacio Difirieri. The results are intended to contribute to academic production on the institutional and political conditions that shaped the production, circulation and reception of Epistemological proposals of Argentinean Geography in the years of its consolidation as an autonomous academic discipline in universities. |
