Our main intention in this presentation is a reading of the pigliana nouvelle, False Name (1975), from the perspective of alternative detective novels. Thus, we see that the role of the reader as detective in the nouvelle pigliana is highlighted, and the "enigma is not intrinsically linked to the crime", two relevant features of the contemporary alternative detective novel. |
