Micaela Etchegorry, Mariana Gutiérrez, Miriam Ruiz, Gabriela del Carmen Educational Therapy; ICT; teaching; learning; Higher Education Psicopedagogía; TIC; enseñanza; aprendizaje; Educación Superior In this article we reflect the experience of Practice V from the last year of the degree in Psychopedagogy, in coordination with the institutional technical team of the Faculty of Education and Health, Provincial University of Córdoba, during 2019. This activity connects the complexity of educational practices at university level, in a world where communication and information technologies (ICT) have become essential and are updated continuously. This led us to inquire and problematize within our institution: What is your/their opinion about ICT? Are they used? How and with what purposes? We identified a demand, we built a project and began a path that allowed us to focus and give answers to what our educational community required in order to provide a democratic and quality education. En el presente artículo plasmamos la experiencia de la Práctica V del último año de la Licenciatura en Psicopedagogía en articulación con el equipo técnico institucional de la Facultad de Educación y Salud (FES), Universidad Provincial de Córdoba (UPC), durante el año 2019. La actividad entrama lo complejo de las prácticas educativas en el nivel universitario en un mundo en donde las tecnologías de la información y de la comunicación (TIC) se han vuelto imprescindibles y se actualizan continuamente. Esto nos llevó a preguntarnos y a problematizar entre las personas que integramos nuestra institución: ¿qué opiniones circulan sobre las TIC?, ¿se utilizan?, ¿de qué modo y para qué? En consecuencia, identificamos una demanda, construimos un proyecto e iniciamos un camino que nos permitió enfocarnos y dar respuestas a lo que nuestra comunidad educativa requería para brindar una educación democrática y de calidad.
