This proposal will be carried out with the blended modality, applying the teaching model called flipped classroom (Bergmann and Sams, 2012). Such model implies a different way in which the teaching and learning processes happen. Thus, it basically consists of reversing the traditional order of the events that occur inside and outside the class. The objective of this work is to socialize the development of the aforementioned project, its main results and the academic proposal that resulted from the findings. En el marco del proyecto de investigación denominado Estudio de las prácticas de enseñanza de inglés en la Facultad de Ingeniería y Ciencias Agropecuarias de la Universidad Nacional de San Luis y su relación con las demandas del medio laboral, diseñamos una propuesta didáctica para la enseñanza de inglés comunicativo destinada a los estudiantes de las carreras de ingeniería de dicha universidad. La presente propuesta se llevará a cabo con la modalidad semipresencial, aplicando el modelo de enseñanza denominado aula invertida (Bergmann y Sams, 2012), que comprende de forma diferente los procesos de enseñanza y de aprendizaje, y consiste básicamente en invertir el orden tradicional de los eventos que ocurren dentro y fuera de la clase. El objetivo del presente trabajo es socializar el desarrollo del mencionado proyecto, sus principales resultados y la propuesta académica que resultó fruto de los hallazgos.
