Many causes are attributed to this problem, economic factors, labor and especially academic obstacles, to the point that students can not sustain the study at the university level. The Post-Industrial Theory of Instruction directs the educational processes in the learning, centers the instruction in the student and seeks to enhance their talents and abilities; attaches importance to personalized instruction and discards standardized training. And it recognizes ICT as a useful means to optimize educational relations. A principios del siglo XXI, la sociedad demanda a la educación personas capaces y bien preparadas para intervenir con éxito en la creación, aplicación y difusión del conocimiento, en un mundo que muestra una creciente brecha entre aquellos que acceden y gozan de las innovaciones que el progreso tecnológico proporciona y los que permanecen incapaces e impotentes para llegar a estos. Se adjudican muchas causas a esta problemática, factores económicos, laborales y sobre todo obstáculos académicos, a tal punto que los alumnos no pueden sostener el estudio en el nivel universitario. La teoría de instrucción postindustrial encamina los procesos educativos en el aprendizaje; centra la instrucción en el alumno y busca potenciar sus talentos y habilidades; otorga importancia a la instrucción personalizada; descarta la formación estandarizada; y reconoce a las TIC como medios útiles para optimizar las relaciones educativas.
