Also, it describes a project to promote teaching practices in robotics, conducted between 2013 and 2014 through teacher training, either in their teacher education programs or as part of teachers continuos professional development, as well as the strengthening of local networks to support these practices. It describes some exemplary experiences that were part of these workshops. El presente artículo presenta fundamentos de trabajo en robótica educativa, que incluyen algunas concepciones generales y distintos enfoques de trabajo. A partir de ello, se describe un modelo de formación docente diseñado para el contexto uruguayo llevado a cabo entre 2013 y 2014 para la formación inicial y en servicio de docentes. Luego se analizan las implicancias de este modelo en configurar los roles de alumnos y docentes en proceso de aprendizaje de la tecnología y en las redes locales que sustenten este tipo de prácticas.
