Regarding the limitations of this paper, the overview of startling literary aspects raises one of several possible approaches. In Brazil, Jangada Publisher executed a memorable job of delivering Natalie Haynes’ 342-page book layout in high quality. Previously, Pan Macmillan Publisher first published it in English in September 2022. The award-winning British author has published numerous best-selling Greek myth books in both the USA and the UK. Her extensive list of literary books includes A Thousand Ships (2023) and The Children of Jocasta (2018), among others. El objetivo de esta reseña crítica es analizar la novela de Natalie Haynes, Olhar petrificante: a história da Medusa (2023), cuya traducción al portugués fue realizada por Marcelo Barbão. En cuanto a las limitaciones del presente trabajo, la visión general de los aspectos literarios más destacados constituye uno de varios enfoques posibles. En Brasil, la editorial Jangada realizó una labor memorable al ofrecer una edición de alta calidad de este libro de 342 páginas escrito por Natalie Haynes. Este había sido publicado originalmente en inglés por la editorial Pan Macmillan en septiembre de 2022. La galardonada autora británica ha publicado numerosos libros superventas relacionados con mitos griegos, tanto en los Estados Unidos como en el Reino Unido. Su amplia lista de obras incluye A Thousand Ships (2023) y The Children of Jocasta (2018), entre otros.
