The prolific Marosian work, on the border between the lyrical and the narrative and with an important thematic complexity, has been considered by critics ascribed to the realistic artistic register and to the fantastic genre. Most of these studies have concentrated on tracing the paths of her thematic searches: sexuality, eros, the limits of the poetic word, but they have neglected in detail the author's aesthetic paths, which in our opinion allow us to recognize discontinuities and/or aesthetic shifts. In this article we propose to give an account of the most notable and repeated neo-baroque features that can be observed in her book of erotic stories Misales (1993).
