Methodologically, after approval by the Ethics Committee, field research was carried out with institutional managers, pedagogical advisors and teachers who were or were not participating in institutional didactic-pedagogical training programs. The results show that there are singularities in the pedagogical advisory service, albeit in different institutional cultures, but the movement towards valuing the work and sustainability of the spaces responsible for in-service training is synchronous. Este artículo presenta las sincronicidades y singularidades en el servicio de asesoría pedagógica universitaria, medidas en un proyecto de investigación financiado por la FAPESP y el CNPq, en el que participaron ocho universidades brasileñas y cuatro extranjeras. Metodológicamente, previa aprobación por el Comité de Ética, se realizó una investigación de campo con directivos institucionales, asesores pedagógicos y docentes participantes o no de programas institucionales de formación didáctico-pedagógica. Los resultados indican que existen singularidades en el servicio de asesoría pedagógica, incluso en diferentes culturas institucionales, pero el movimiento hacia la valorización del trabajo y la sostenibilidad de los espacios responsables de la formación en servicio es sincrónico.  Este artigo apresenta as sincronicidades e singularidades no serviço de assessoramento pedagógico universitário, aferidas em um projeto de pesquisa financiado pela FAPESP e pelo CNPq, do qual participaram oito universidades brasileiras e quatro estrangeiras. Metodologicamente, após aprovação em Comitê de Ética, realizou-se pesquisa de campo com gestores institucionais, assessores pedagógicos e docentes participantes ou não de programas institucionais de formação didático-pedagógica.
