El Espacio Latinoamericano y Caribeño de Educación Superior (ENLACES) ha elaborado, con la participación de sus integrantes, el presente documento, que se ofrece a la consideración de las demás fuerzas representativas que participan en la III CMES, con el objetivo de contribuir a la construcción de una propuesta de futuro para la Educación Superior (ES) que tenga en cuenta las diversidades regionales y al mismo tiempo exprese los anhelos de un sistema de ES como parte esencial para el desarrollo sostenible. O Espaço Latino-Americano e do Caribe de Educação Superior (ENLACES) elaborou, com a participação de seus membros, este documento, que é oferecido à consideração das demais forças representativas participantes do III CMES, com o objetivo de contribuir para a construção de uma proposta para o futuro da Educação Superior (ES) que leve em consideração as diversidades regionais e ao mesmo tempo expresse os anseios de uma ES como parte essencial do desenvolvimento sustentável.
