The methodology responds to a scientific essay, as an attempt to approach of the problem posed, where personal expression is used the methodology responds to a scientific essay, as an attempt to approach of the problem posed, where personal expression is used. In this context, five challenges are addressed: (1) rethinking the Vision and Mission of postgraduate programs, (2) implementing disruptive innovations, (3) evaluating the new face-to-face, (4) broadening the view and conceiving postgraduate education as a system and, (5) revalue and institutionalize human talent. Undoubtedly, the quality and quantity of public policies that are designed and implemented will make the difference between an educational community that is resilient to the post-crisis and one that is not, where the role of teachers, as well as decision makers will be fundamental.

La pandemia del COVID-19 que afronta el mundo entero dejará secuelas sin precedentes en todos los sectores de la sociedad y nos obligará a reinventarnos. Por ello, la pregunta disparadora sobre la cual versó este ensayo fue: la educación en general y la superior en particular ¿cuáles retos y perspectivas deben afrontar para adecuarse a la normalidad emergente? La metodología responde a un ensayo científico como intento por acercarse al entorno del problema planteado y para ello se recurre a la expresión personal. En este contexto, se abordan cinco retos: (1) repensar la Visión y Misión de la Educación Superior, (2) implementar innovaciones disruptivas, (3) evaluar la nueva presencialidad, (4) ampliar la mirada y concebir la educación como un sistema y, (5) revalorizar e institucionalizar el talento humano. Sin lugar a dudas, la calidad y cantidad de políticas públicas que se diseñen e implementen marcarán la diferencia entre una comunidad educativa resiliente a la postcrisis y otra que no lo es, en la cual el rol del profesorado, así como el de los tomadores de decisiones, será fundamental. La Educación Superior debe abordar los retos y desafíos de cara a aprovechar las oportunidades que también deja la crisis sanitaria. A Pandemia COVID-19 que todo o mundo está enfrentando deixará consequências sem precedentes em todos os setores da sociedade, que nos obrigarão a nos reinventar. Portanto, a questão desencadeadora que suscitou este ensaio foi: a educação em geral e a educação superior em particular, ¿que desafios e perspectivas devem enfrentar para se adaptarem à normalidade emergente? A metodologia responde a um ensaio científico, na tentativa de aproximar o problema proposto, onde se utiliza a expressão pessoal. Nesse contexto, cinco desafios são abordados: (1) repensar a Visão e a Missão dos programas de pós graduação, (2) implementar inovações disruptivas, (3) avaliar o novo face a face, (4) ampliar a visão e conceber a pós-graduação como um sistema e, (5) reavaliar e institucionalizar o talento humano. Sem dúvida, a qualidade e a quantidade das políticas públicas elaboradas e implementadas farão a diferença entre uma comunidade educacional resiliente ao pós-crise e outra que não o é, onde estará o papel dos professores, bem como dos tomadores de decisão fundamental.
