In the wake of the pandemic, the whole world is in a time of crisis. Since the arrival of COVID-19, we have seen a number of negative effects, although many of them are not specific to the pandemic. But the event has undoubtedly deepened them, showing the magnitude of these problems in the world. But also, this time has been an opportunity for many of us, as it has challenged us about our personal, social and working lives, access to our rights, our fears, routines, mobility, new ways of finding ourselves, the use of time, and so on. In this context, our presentation seeks to bring together the experiences that Higher Education Institutions have been experiencing since the arrival of the pandemic in order to analyse them. We will point out a series of aspects that have been compromised in the management of the institutions and the main problems that will have to be faced in the future. By management practices we understand an interactive experience that contributes to the fulfilment of substantive functions and defines the profile of each organisation. They encompass both the implicit and the explicit, i.e. sanctioned structures and rules, but also concrete actions, ways of resolving everyday contingencies that unfold from different institutional histories, from the way in which they carry out the division of labour and the way in which disciplinary fields are structured. The experiences are gathered from the research practices that the authors develop in the framework of the Iberoamerican Telescopi Network of Strategic University Management. In this sense, this work has pretensions that go beyond the current space and will require us in the future to think about the changes: the scope they had, their objectives and the dimensions on which they were deployed, the strategies and contents on which they were proposed, the actors and sectors that intervened and the functions involved, the time in which they were deployed and the nature of their structuring. |

El mundo entero, tras la pandemia, se encuentra transitando un tiempo de crisis. A partir de la llegada del COVID-19 observamos diversos efectos negativos, aunque muchos de ellos no son propios de la pandemia. Pero sin lugar a duda este acontecimiento los ha profundizado y mostrado la magnitud de esos problemas en el mundo. Aunque también este tiempo significó una oportunidad para muchos de nosotros, dado que nos ha interpelado sobre nuestra vida personal, social y laboral, el acceso a nuestros derechos, nuestros miedos, las rutinas, la movilidad, las nuevas formas para poder encontrarnos, el uso del tiempo, etc. En este contexto, nuestra presentación busca acercar las experiencias que las Instituciones de Educación Superior vienen experimentando a partir de la llegada de la pandemia, con el fin de analizar las mismas. Se señalarán una serie de aspectos que se vieron comprometidos en la gestión de las instituciones y los principales problemas que se deberán afrontar a futuro. Entendemos por prácticas de gestión a las experiencias interactivas que contribuyen al cumplimiento de las funciones sustantivas y definen el perfil que cada organización detenta. Abarcan tanto lo implícito como lo explícito, es decir, estructuras y normas sancionadas, pero también acciones concretas, modos de resolución de las contingencias cotidianas que se despliegan a partir de diferentes historias institucionales, de la forma en que realizan la división del trabajo y el modo en que se estructuran los campos disciplinarios. Las experiencias se recogen de las prácticas investigativas que las autoras desarrollaron en el marco de la Red Telescopi Iberoamericana de Gestión estratégica universitaria. En este sentido, este trabajo tiene pretensiones que desbordan el espacio actual y nos exigirá en el futuro pensar respecto de los cambios: los alcances que tuvieron, sus objetivos y las dimensiones sobre los que se desplegaron, las estrategias y los contenidos sobre los que se plantearon, los actores y sectores que intervinieron y las funciones comprometidas, el tiempo en que se desplegaron y el carácter de su estructuración. Após a pandemia, o mundo inteiro está a atravessar um período de crise. Desde a chegada da COVID-19, temos observado vários efeitos negativos, embora muitos deles não sejam específicos da pandemia. Mas o evento aprofundou-os sem dúvida, mostrando a magnitude destes problemas no mundo. Mas também, este tempo significou uma oportunidade para muitos de nós, uma vez que nos questionou sobre a nossa vida pessoal, social e profissional, o acesso aos nossos direitos, os nossos medos, as nossas rotinas, a mobilidade, novas formas de nos encontrarmos, o uso do tempo, etc. Neste contexto, a nossa apresentação procura aproximar as experiências que as Instituições de Ensino Superior têm vindo a viver desde a chegada da pandemia, a fim de as analisar. Apontaremos uma série de aspectos que foram comprometidos na gestão das instituições e os principais problemas que devem ser enfrentados no futuro. Entendemos as práticas de gestão como uma experiência interactiva que contribui para o cumprimento de funções substantivas e define o perfil que cada organização detém. Abrangem tanto as estruturas e normas implícitas como as explícitas, ou seja, sancionadas, mas também acções concretas, formas de resolução de contingências diárias que se desdobram de diferentes histórias institucionais, da forma como realizam a divisão do trabalho e da forma como os campos disciplinares são estruturados. As experiências são recolhidas a partir das práticas de investigação que os autores desenvolvem no âmbito da Rede Iberoamericana Telescopi de Gestão Estratégica Universitária. Neste sentido, este trabalho tem pretensões que vão para além do espaço actual e que nos obrigarão no futuro a pensar nas mudanças: o alcance que tinham, os seus objectivos e as dimensões em que foram implantados, as estratégias e conteúdos sobre os quais foram propostos, os actores e sectores que intervieram e as funções cometidas, o tempo em que foram implantados e o carácter da sua estruturação.
