description This paper presents the experience of the University Diploma in Vocational Training aimed at actors who perform in different roles and decision levels in the field of linking education / work. Its main mission is to provide, through comprehensive training, the tools for analysis, criticism and transformation that drive innovative proposals to strengthen professional training. Describes the genesis of the proposal, context and historicity and the various strategies that allowed a becoming in the "construction of knowledge" about VET and the profile of the subjects who assume a process of continuous training, at the same time, made visible the themes that they problematize and demand that the field link education / work. These instances established a relationship between knowledge-knowledge and practices from the very foundations of that "doing". Implemented in the virtual modality, it anticipated an inclusion and innovation strategy in this area of VET. In a way, the Diploma reflects in its curricular dynamics and experimentation, the social processes that give a framework to professional training itself.

Este trabajo presenta la experiencia del Diploma Universitario en Formación Profesional dirigida a los actores que se desempeñan en diferentes roles y niveles de decisión en el campo vincular educación/trabajo. Su cometido principal es brindar, a través de una formación integral, las herramientas de análisis, crítica y transformación que motoricen propuestas innovadoras para el fortalecimiento de la formación profesional. Describe la génesis de la propuesta, contexto e historicidad y las diversas estrategias que permitieron un devenir en la “construcción de conocimiento” sobre la FP y el perfil de los sujetos que asumen un proceso de formación continua, a la vez, visibilizaron las temáticas que problematizan y demandan al campo vincular educación/trabajo. Estas instancias establecieron una relación entre conocimiento-saberes y prácticas desde las mismas bases de ese “hacer”. Implementada en la modalidad virtual, anticipó en este ámbito de la FP una estrategia de inclusión y de innovación. En cierto modo, el Diploma refleja en su dinámica curricular y de experimentación, los procesos sociales que le dan marco a la misma formación profesional. Este artigo apresenta a experiência do Diploma Universitário em Formação Profissional dirigido a atores que desempenham diferentes funções e níveis de decisão no domínio da vinculação educação / trabalho. Tem como missão principal proporcionar, através de uma formação integral, ferramentas de análise, crítica e transformação que impulsionem propostas inovadoras de reforço da formação profissional. Descreve a génese da proposta, o contexto e a historicidade e as várias estratégias que permitiram um devir na "construção do conhecimento" sobre o EFP e o perfil dos sujeitos que assumem um processo de formação contínua, ao mesmo tempo, tornam visíveis os temas que problematizam e exigem que o campo vincule educação / trabalho. Essas instâncias estabeleceram uma relação entre saberes-saberes e práticas desde os próprios alicerces desse "fazer". Implementado na modalidade virtual, antecipou uma estratégia de inclusão e inovação nesta área do EFP. De certa forma, o Diploma reflete na sua dinâmica e experimentação curricular, os processos sociais que enquadram a própria formação profissional.
