Sumario:The purpose of this essay is to problematize the universe and the pluriverse in the context of hegemonic globalization, as well as to reflect on how interculturality can open spaces for dialogue and solidarity. The reflections were built from a decolonial perspective around inequalities and exclusions brought about by the system of hegemonic globalization and its tensions. The studies about interculturality aim to transform the way that minorities are seen, to bring different perspectives to the debate and also to give voice to the knowledge of peoples and cultures, so that, instead of continuing as a universe, a pluriverse can be created. The pluriverse as a locus in which humans and non-humans are interconnected and aim at equality and respect for each other, changing the way people relate, aiming at the recognition and valorization of diverse knowledge.
