The first references and characterizations about the Ychsma society were based on ethnohistorical sources that aroused the interest of archaeologists and researchers who wanted to know more about this society, settled between the valleys of Rímac and Lurín, in the current capital of Peru, before the arrival of the Inca to these valleys. On this occasion, the context and anthropological analysis of Bundle 14 will provide information about this individual and his society. It will begin with the recontextualization of all the evidence that has been preserved since its discovery and will analyse the skeletal remains of the individual named as Bundle 14, found intrusively on the upper platform of the Huallamarca, monument and corresponding to the Late Intermediate Period (1000 AD- 1476 AD). It is worth mentioning that Bundle 14 comes from a series of funerary contexts that were found in Cut 5 during the excavation season carried out between 1991 and 1992 by Lic. Clide Valladolid. The material and information from this cut are being analysed and recontextualized by the archaeologists in charge and the conservation team of the Museo de Sitio Huallamarca, for future publications and exhibitions. |

Las primeras referencias y caracterizaciones sobre los Ychsma fueron en base a fuentes etnohistóricas que suscitaron el interés de arqueólogos e investigadores por querer saber más sobre esta sociedad, asentada entre los valles de Rímac y Lurín, en la actual capital del Perú, antes de la llegada del Inca a estos valles. En esta ocasión, el contexto y el análisis óseo del Fardo 14 proporcionará información acerca de este individuo y de su sociedad. Se iniciará con la recontextualización de toda la evidencia que se ha conservado desde su hallazgo y se analizarán los restos óseos del individuo denominado como Fardo 14, hallado intrusivamente en la plataforma superior del Monumento de Huallamarca y que corresponde al periodo Intermedio Tardío (1000 d.C.-1476 d.C.) Cabe mencionar que el Fardo 14 proviene de una serie de contextos funerarios que fueron hallados en el Corte 5 durante la temporada de excavación llevada a cabo entre los años 1991 y 1992 por la Lic. Clide Valladolid. El material y la información proveniente de este corte está siendo analizado y recontextualizado por la arqueóloga a cargo y el equipo de conservación del Museo de Sitio Huallamarca, para próximas publicaciones y exposiciones. As primeiras referências e caracterizações sobre os Ychsma têm como base fontes etno históricas que despertaram o interesse de arqueólogos e pesquisadores, em busca de maior conhecimento sobre esta sociedade, localizada entre os vales de Rímac e Lurín, na atual capital do Peru, antes da chegada dos Incas a estes vales. Nesta ocasião, o contexto e a análise osteológica do Fardo 14 proporcionará informações sobre este indivíduo e sua sociedade. Se iniciará com a recontextualização de todas as evidências conservadas desde seu achado e se analisarão os restos ósseos do indivíduo denominado como Fardo 14, encontrado dentro da plataforma superior do Monumento de Huallamarca e que corresponde ao período Intermediário Tardio (1000 d.C.-1476 d.C.) Cabe mencionar que o Fardo 14 provém de uma série de contextos funerários que foram encontrados no Corte 5 durante a temporada de escavação levada a cabo entre os anos de 1991 e 1992 pela Lic. Clide Valladolid.
