We propose to describe said inhabit prioritizing the experience of the inhabitants. We propose as a hypothesis that the conformation of living in these spaces acquires specific characteristics related to arrival at the place, the construction of the house and relations with the geographical environment. In these spaces, residents are called to build their experience of urban living between management and constant construction. Ethnographic work spread over time allows us to see the lines of flight and the cracks that express said inhabiting in relation to the socio-environmental conditions that mark these urban spaces. En este artículo describimos el habitar en espacios caracterizados por la extrema pobreza y la degradación ambiental, entendiendo tal dinámica como una construcción atravesada por múltiples dimensiones. Nos proponemos describir dicho habitar priorizando la experiencia de los habitantes. Planteamos como hipótesis que la conformación del habitar en estos espacios adquiere particularidades específicas relacionadas con la llegada al lugar, la construcción de la vivienda y las relaciones con el entorno geográfico. En estos espacios, los vecinos son llamados a construir su experiencia del habitar urbano entre la gestión y la construcción constante. El trabajo etnográfico extendido en el tiempo permite ver las líneas de fuga y las fisuras que expresan dicho habitar en relación a las condiciones socio- ambientales que marcan esos espacios urbanos.
