Analyze the influence of a new psychic structuringcharacterized by a superego instance that promotes an imperative to enjoy deliberately. For this, thetheoretical postulates of Freud and Lacanian-oriented psychoanalysts will be taken as a point ofreference as well as considerations of authors of current philosophy such as Byung-Chul Han. El presente artículo tiene la intención de acercar al lector, desde una perspectiva psicoanalítica, a una lectura posible sobre la emergencia de los delitos contra la propiedad, particularmente el robo. Analizar la influencia de una nueva estructuración psíquica caracterizada por una instancia superyoica que promueve un imperativo de gozar de manera deliberada. Para esto se tomará como punto de referencia postulados teóricos de Freud y de psicoanalistas de orientación lacaniana, como así también consideraciones de autores de la filosofía actual como Byung-Chul Han.
