| Sumario: | The purpose of this research work is to apply the "Balanced Scorecard" instrument to the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the National University of Córdoba. The purpose is to achieve a mechanism that will give shape and operability to the "Institutional Development Plan". To this end, it is proposed to develop a tool whose overcoming proposal is precisely to integrate the organization through a causal approach that relates indicators from different perspectives that allow visualizing whether the Faculty is heading towards its strategic objectives, to what extent it is achieving it and what aspects are still deficient to achieve it. |
