The purpose is to achieve a mechanism that will give shape and operability to the "Institutional Development Plan". To this end, it is proposed to develop a tool whose overcoming proposal is precisely to integrate the organization through a causal approach that relates indicators from different perspectives that allow visualizing whether the Faculty is heading towards its strategic objectives, to what extent it is achieving it and what aspects are still deficient to achieve it. El presente trabajo de Investigación tiene por finalidad la aplicación del instrumento “Cuadro de Mando Integral” a la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas dependiente de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. La finalidad es lograr un mecanismo que dará forma y operatividad al “Plan de Desarrollo Institucional”. Para ello se propone desarrollar una herramienta cuya propuesta superadora es justamente integrar la organización a través de un enfoque causal que relaciona indicadores de diferentes perspectivas que permitan visualizar si la Facultad se encamina hacia sus objetivos estratégicos, en qué grado lo está logrando y qué aspectos aún resultan deficitarios para conseguirlo.
