It is especially aimed at those interested in submitting projects for the first time and have few experience in this field. However, it is not a manual for filling out forms, since each project is unique and therefore has its own solutions for every aspect of the application. They are suggestions, explanations and illustrations on formal and thematic issues to contemplate on the main requirements for the formulation of the audiovisual project. El artículo presenta una explicación de los criterios establecidos en la “Bases y Condiciones” del Plan Operativo de Fomento y Promoción de Contenidos Audiovisuales Digitales, a fin de contribuir a una mejor formulación de las ideas y propuestas para quienes postulen proyectos. Está dirigido especialmente a aquellos interesados en presentar proyectos por primera vez y que tengan poca experiencia en la materia. Sin embargo, no se trata de un manual para llenar formularios ya que cada proyecto es único y por lo tanto tiene sus propias soluciones para cada aspecto de la solicitud. Son sugerencias, aclaraciones y ejemplificaciones sobre cuestiones formales y temáticas a contemplar en los principales requerimientos para la formulación del proyecto audiovisual.
