| Sumario: | This work inquires into the development of cultural policies and its relationship with the film production in Argentina in the first two decades of the XXI century, considering in particular the case of the province of Santa Fe. Meeting points between cultural and memory policies are defined in connection with audiovisual production.
It's analyzed the role of the State as an intervening actor, creates and encourages the concretion and development of cultural policies, as well as their involvement in the production, dissemination and circulation of audiovisual materials that perform a reread of the recent past, intervening in the complex process of rescuing memories. At the same time, investigates the dynamics of the field of film and audiovisual production, as well as the implications of the cultural policies in the audiovisual realization. |
