Meeting points between cultural and memory policies are defined in connection with audiovisual production. It's analyzed the role of the State as an intervening actor, creates and encourages the concretion and development of cultural policies, as well as their involvement in the production, dissemination and circulation of audiovisual materials that perform a reread of the recent past, intervening in the complex process of rescuing memories. At the same time, investigates the dynamics of the field of film and audiovisual production, as well as the implications of the cultural policies in the audiovisual realization. Este trabajo indaga el desarrollo de políticas culturales y su relación con la producción cinematográfica en Argentina en las dos primeras décadas del siglo XXI, considerando en particular el caso de la provincia de Santa Fe. Se definen puntos de encuentro entre las políticas culturales y de memoria en conexión con la producción audiovisual. Se analiza el rol del Estado como actor que interviene, crea y fomenta la concreción y desarrollo de políticas culturales, así como su implicación en la producción, difusión y circulación de materiales audiovisuales que realizan una relectura del pasado reciente, interviniendo en el complejo proceso de rescatar las memorias. Al mismo tiempo, indaga en la dinámica del campo de producción cinematográfica y audiovisual, así como en las implicancias de las políticas culturales en la realización audiovisual.
