But the enactment of the Audiovisual Communication Services Law and the implementation of its promotion policies provoked a new impulse that went through and (re) invented telefiction with other variants and approaches. In this evolution of images and narratives, the aesthetic experience was pluralized in its sensitive and cognitive dimensions, so it is important to reflect on a set of operations that meant an exploration with language in three fictions broadcast on public TV. Especially different formal and narrative operations are observed: a) of estrangement in the system of genres (Muñecos del destino), b) metaficcional (Germán, últimas viñetas) and c) of evocation of the past (Los siete locos y los lanzallamas). En Argentina, la producción ficcional seriada post ’90 puede concebirse como un tiempo de búsqueda y exploración temática y formal en una televisión homogéneamente comercial con interés de innovación a nivel de formatos para su exportación. Pero la sanción de la Ley de Servicios de Comunicación Audiovisual y la implementación de sus políticas de fomento provocó un nuevo impulso que recorrió y (re)inventó la teleficcionalidad con otras variantes y enfoques. En ese devenir de imágenes y narraciones la experiencia estética se pluralizó en sus dimensiones sensibles y cognitivas por lo que importa reflexionar acerca de un conjunto de operaciones que significaron una exploración del lenguaje en tres ficciones emitidas en la TV pública. Especialmente se observan diversas operaciones formales y narrativas: a) de extrañamiento en el sistema de géneros (Muñecos del destino), b) metaficcional (Germán últimas viñetas) y c) de evocación del pasado (Los siete locos y los lanzallamas).
