On the contrary, the context of production of TV series El marginal (Ortega, 2016), is quite different. Made for Argentinian Public TV, during the second mandate of Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, it was produced in a context of deep re-politicization in different areas of society, overcoming the emptying of politics held since the neoliberal governments of Carlos Menem, which led to the above mentioned crisis.This paper observes the traces found in each series of the political and historical moments in which they were produced, and the way in which this shapes the mode of enunciation of the stories. En el momento del estreno de Tumberos (Ortega y Caetano, 2002), Argentina vivía una de la crisis económicas y sociales más importantes de su historia tras la revuelta popular del año 2001, que provocara la renuncia del entonces presidente Fernando de la Rúa. Por el contrario, el contexto de producción de la serie El marginal (Ortega, 2016) es bastante diferente: realizada para la TV Pública Argentina, durante el segundo mandato de Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, se enmarca en un proceso de profunda repolitización en diferentes ámbitos de la sociedad, superando el vaciamiento de la política sostenido desde los años de gobierno neoliberal de Carlos Menem que concluyeran en la crisis mencionada. Este trabajo aborda el análisis de las huellas de las condiciones de producción de ambas series en relación con los momentos históricos y políticos en que son producidas, y cómo esto influye en el modo de enunciación de cada uno de los relatos.
