I do not think I am wrong if I say that both have left their mark on the ways in which we look at and try to understand the remains, the marks, the grays and chiaroscuros that in the present allude to a collective and individual life affected by the dictatorship. Córdoba is not looked at in the same way after El silencio. Postcards from La Perla, by Illovich (2017), or after Gabriel Orge's interventions at the Colegio Nacional de Monserrat. (Des)Aparecer es un film documental que sigue a dos protagonistas, Gabriel Orge, fotógrafo cordobés conocido por sus proyecciones públicas a gran escala de las fotos de lxs desaparecidxs, y Ana Illovich, sobreviviente del centro clandestino de detención “La Perla” y escritora. No creo equivocarme si digo que ambxs han dejado huellas en los modos en que miramos e intentamos comprender los restos, las marcas, los grises y claroscuros que en el presente aluden a una vida colectiva e individual afectada por la dictadura. Córdoba no se mira del mismo modo luego de El silencio. Postales de La Perla, de Illovich (2017), o luego de las intervenciones de Gabriel Orge en el Colegio Nacional de Monserrat. (Des)Aparecer é um documentário que acompanha dois protagonistas, Gabriel Orge, um fotógrafo de Córdoba conhecido por suas projeções públicas em grande escala de fotos de desaparecidos, e Ana Illovich, uma sobrevivente do centro de detenção clandestino "La Perla" e escritora. Acho que não estou errado se disser que ambos deixaram sua marca na maneira como olhamos e tentamos entender os vestígios, as marcas, os cinzas e os claros-escuros que, no presente, aludem a uma vida coletiva e individual afetada pela ditadura. Córdoba não é vista da mesma forma depois de El silencio. Postcards from La Perla, de Illovich (2017), ou após as intervenções de Gabriel Orge no Colegio Nacional de Monserrat.
