description The project "Cinema comes to the neighborhood. Migrant women and the right to culture" was developed between May and November 2022 and its main objectives were to create a space for meeting and recreation with migrant women living in different popular neighborhoods of the city of Córdoba; to promote access to culture through film screenings in different public spaces in the neighborhood and to promote spaces for exchange and decision-making by migrant women. This project was a proposal born from the dialogue between the Migrations and Urban Space Program -which is based at the Center for Research and Studies on Culture and Society (CIECS) (CONICET/UNC) and works in research and articulations with migrant population in the city of Córdoba- and the Human Rights Program of the FFyH -which seeks to promote research work that addresses issues with a human rights perspective and strengthen ties with different social spaces from the collective construction-. In order to materialize the project, institutional coordination was carried out with the Extension Secretariat of the School of Philosophy and Humanities, which was also part of this proposal.

El proyecto “El cine llega al barrio. Mujeres migrantes y derecho a la cultura” se desarrolló entre mayo y noviembre de 2022 y tuvo como objetivos principales crear un espacio de encuentro y recreación junto a mujeres migrantes que habitan diferentes barrios populares de la ciudad de Córdoba; propiciar el acceso a la cultura a través de proyecciones de películas en distintos espacios públicos del cotidiano barrial e impulsar espacios de intercambio y decisión de mujeres migrantes. Este proyecto fue una propuesta que nació a partir del diálogo entre el Programa Migraciones y Espacio Urbano -el cual está radicado en el Centro de Investigaciones y Estudios sobre Cultura y Sociedad (CIECS) (CONICET/UNC) y trabaja en investigaciones y articulaciones con población migrante de la ciudad de Córdoba- y el Programa de DDHH de la FFyH -que busca promover trabajos de investigación que aborden temáticas con perspectiva en derechos humanos y fortalecer lazos con distintos espacios sociales desde la construcción colectiva-. Para materializar el proyecto se realizó la coordinación institucional con la Secretaría de Extensión de la Facultad de Filosofía y Humanidades, quien también formó parte de esta propuesta.   O projeto "O cinema chega ao bairro. Mulheres migrantes e o direito à cultura" foi desenvolvido entre maio e novembro de 2022 e teve como principais objetivos criar um espaço de encontro e lazer com mulheres migrantes que vivem em diferentes bairros populares da cidade de Córdoba; promover o acesso à cultura por meio da exibição de filmes em diferentes espaços públicos do bairro e promover espaços de intercâmbio e tomada de decisões por mulheres migrantes. Esse projeto foi uma proposta nascida do diálogo entre o Programa Migrações e Espaço Urbano - sediado no Centro de Pesquisas e Estudos sobre Cultura e Sociedade (CIECS) (CONICET/UNC) e que trabalha com pesquisas e articulações com a população migrante da cidade de Córdoba - e o Programa de Direitos Humanos do FFyH - que busca promover trabalhos de pesquisa que abordem questões com uma perspectiva de direitos humanos e fortaleçam os laços com diferentes espaços sociais por meio da construção coletiva. Para a concretização do projeto, foi realizada uma coordenação institucional com a Secretaria de Extensão da Faculdade de Filosofia e Ciências Humanas, que também fez parte dessa proposta.
