It constitutes an exercise of elucidation of the possible dimensions that make up the political training experience called "Popular School of Gender", developed by the Peasant Movement of Córdoba. It synthesizes an experience of work, dialogue and construction of knowledge that leads us to look at our practices, to think about what we do among women, from critical lenses that bring to light situations of vulnerability and suffering in which we find ourselves in the countryside and in the framework of a mixed organization. It is essential to think about what we do, to think about our practice and its link with the social processes deployed in the framework of a social organization, to be able to analyze the actions that open senses and/or that obstruct from a place of power. From a feminist point of view and with the contribution of psychosocial and community intervention, this work marks a possible path on the way to analyze the experience of political training EPG and its link with the socio-community work in rural areas that we carry out from the field of social sciences. El presente artículo de análisis y reflexión es parte del Informe Final realizado en el marco de la Adscripción al Programa de Extensión "Ruralidades, Derechos y Conflictos Campesino-Indígenas" de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales. Constituye un ejercicio de elucidación de las dimensiones posibles que componen la experiencia de formación política llamada “Escuela Popular de Género” (EPG), desarrollada por el Movimiento Campesino de Córdoba. Sintetiza una experiencia de trabajo, de diálogo y de construcción de conocimientos que nos lleva a mirar nuestras prácticas, a pensar nuestro hacer entre mujeres, desde lentes críticos que ponen a la luz situaciones de vulnerabilidad y sufrimiento en la que nos encontramos en el campo y en el marco de una organización mixta. Resulta fundamental pensar lo que hacemos, pensar nuestra práctica y su vinculación con los procesos sociales desplegados en el marco de una organización social, poder analizar las acciones que abren sentidos y/o que obturan desde un lugar de poder. A partir de una mirada en clave feminista y con el aporte de la intervención psicosocial y comunitaria, este trabajo demarca un recorrido posible en el camino de analizar la experiencia de formación política EPG y su vinculación con el trabajo socio comunitario en la ruralidad que realizamos desde el campo de las ciencias sociales.
