The demand was focused on the need to reestore the relationship between youth students and school and the pedagogical bonds, a difficulty deepened by the social isolation during covid-19 pandemic, vulnerating their right to socio-educational inclusion. The project was developed in three stages. In a first moment, we depth with educators in the diagnostic of critical periods and situations in accessibility, affiliation and support of scholar trajectories. Then, we worked on the co-design and implementation of activities for the monitoring and accompaniment of youth scholar trajectories. Finally, we implement instances of co-evaluation in order to review the working process and to reconvene the continuity of the extension activities. The purpose of the activities developed was to strengthen institutional practices aimed at sustaining and accompanying scholar trajectories in and beyond pandemic context and our participation. Este artículo da cuenta de un proyecto extensionista desarrollado durante el 2021, surgido de la co-construcción de una demanda de intervención con miembros del equipo educador de una escuela secundaria pública de la ciudad de Córdoba que trabaja con jóvenes de sectores vulnerabilizados. La demanda estaba centrada en la necesidad de reinstaurar la relación del estudiantado con la escuela y los vínculos pedagógicos, dificultad profundizada por la irrupción de la pandemia y el aislamiento social, atentando contra su derecho a la inclusión socioeducativa.  El proyecto previó un trabajo en tres momentos. En una primera instancia, se realizó con educadores una profundización diagnóstica sobre etapas y situaciones críticas en la accesibilidad, afiliación y sostenimiento de las trayectorias escolares. Luego, se trabajó en el co-diseño e implementación de actividades para el seguimiento y acompañamiento de las trayectorias escolares juveniles. Finalmente, se implementaron instancias de evaluación co-participativa con les educadores involucrades para revisar el proceso de trabajo y reconvenir la continuidad de las acciones emprendidas. Se buscó que las actividades desarrolladas fortalecieran las prácticas institucionales orientadas al sostenimiento y acompañamiento de trayectorias escolares en este contexto y perduraran una vez concluida la pandemia y nuestra participación.
