Sumario:The aim of this paper is to connect, since the viewpoint of the concept of modern world system of Wallerstein and the theory of political process of Tarrow and Tilly, the question of Latin America regional integration as one of the political event within the framework of the globalization of markets. This process, controlled by big corporations from central countries, makes possible the perception of a field of opportunity and, at the same time, a political risk which derived into the multiple trajectories of transnationality. The methodological approach is qualitative and historical.
