Sumario:This communication presents evidence of the internal structure and reliability of quit quitting measure, based on data provided by a sample of teachers. An instrumental study was designed, and a non-probabilistic sample of 230 Argentine teachers (76.41% women; 45% university teachers; Mage=38.67; Mseniority= 14.45 years) was analysed. The exploratory factor analysis suggested a unidimensional structure that showed adequate adjustment (GFI= .99, RMS= .036) and explained 63% of the variance. The scale achieved satisfactory reliability (α=.90; ω= .89 [.87; .91]), being made up of 10 items. Limitations, strengths, and an agenda for research on the topic are pointed out.
