This research aims to analyze the relationship between psychological well-being and prosocial behavior in volunteer and non-volunteer psychology students (n:84) from a correlational quantitative approach. The instruments applied were Caprara’s prosociability scale and Riff’s psychological well-being instrument. The results showed high levels of prosocial behavior, empathy, and emotional support for the general sample, no correlation between the variables or statistical differences between the study groups was evidenced. It is concluded that the population shows similar results regardless of the group to which it belongs, no intergroup differences are evidenced among psychology students. El bienestar psicológico y la conducta prosocial permiten profundizar en la experiencia del individuo y en su interrelación con el ambiente. El objetivo fue analizar la relación entre el Bienestar psicológico y conducta prosocial en estudiantes de psicología voluntarios y no voluntarios de actividades solidarías, quienes reportaron una edad promedio de 20 años, siendo un 84.5% mujeres y un 15.5% hombres, de distintos semestres académicos, pero con mayor predominancia de participación en primer (29.7%) y cuarto (22.6%) semestre. Estudio de enfoque cuantitativo de alcance correlacional. Los instrumentos aplicados fueron la escala de prosociabilidad de Caprara y el instrumento de bienestar psicológico de Riff. Los resultados evidenciaron para la muestra general niveles altos de conducta prosocial, empatía y apoyo emocional, sin embargo, no se evidenció correlación entre las variables o diferencias estadísticas entre los grupos de estudio. Se concluye que la población muestra resultados similares independientemente del grupo al que pertenece.
