This study analyze two different profiles of the majority group defined by their scores on variables of stereotypes of morality and emotional reactions of fear and anger, all directed towards gypsy ethnic people. The study was conducted on a sample similar in composition to the Spanish population in terms of age and sex. The results confirm that both profiles (i.e., Positive Profile and Negative Profile) show differences in their behavioral tendencies of avoidance and in the quality of the contact with persons of gypsy ethnic people. La persistencia de prejuicios y estereotipos hacia las personas de etnia gitana en España perpetúa el trato negativo hacia este colectivo. En este trabajo se analizan dos perfiles distintos de personas del grupo mayoritario conformados con sus puntuaciones en variables de estereotipos de moralidad, y reacciones emocionales intergrupales de miedo y enfado, todas dirigidas hacia personas de etnia gitana. El estudio se llevó a cabo en una muestra de similar composición a la población española en términos de edad y sexo. Los resultados confirman que ambos perfiles (i.e., Perfil Positivo y Perfil Negativo) muestran diferencias en las tendencias comportamentales de evitación y calidad del contacto con las personas de etnia gitana.
