Through Pastore's personal archive –kept at the Paraguayan Academy of History (APH)– the article does an egocentric network analysis to establish the characteristics of the relational structure and its functioning for the political activities development from exile. It aims to establish the main strategies of political militancy of Pastore and other exiled Paraguayan Liberals in different national and international contexts. El presente artículo se propone analizar la red de vínculos de Carlos Pastore –jurista, político e historiador paraguayo perteneciente al Partido Liberal– durante su largo exilio en Montevideo (1942-1974), focalizando en las distintas estrategias de oposición a los gobiernos autoritarios de Paraguay. A través de su archivo personal, conservado en la Academia Paraguaya de la Historia (APH), se realiza un análisis de red egocentrada con el fin de establecer las características y el funcionamiento de su estructura relacional para el desarrollo de actividades políticas realizadas desde el exilio. Se procura establecer cuáles fueron las principales estrategias de militancia política de Pastore y otros liberales paraguayos exiliados en las distintas coyunturas nacionales e internacionales.
