| Sumario: | The studies of economics, economic history and political economy that addressed various problems of the years of Raúl Alfonsín (1983-1989) paid less attention to the first economic plan of Bernardo Grinspun (1983-1985). The work proposes to review some definitions of economic policy prior to it in which the economic advisers collaborated, such as those debates of the same nature developed in the months prior to the presidential inauguration of 1983. Thus, the documents of the party group were consulted. politicians La Multipartidaria, the electoral platform of the Unión Cívica Radical (UCR) and the national periodical press, among other sources, seeking to reconstruct the economic debate in the years prior to 1983. We maintain that surveying these debates becomes significant to understand the previous foundations of the first economic plan of democracy, and specifically that several economic measures projected early were registered in a context of difficult duration given the more general inconsistencies of the Argentine economy. |
