This leads to investigate the production profile of the curriculum, also dabbling in those factors that could affect the proper functioning of establishments and condition the permanence of students and training of specialized human resources.  Resumen:Dado que la formación de recursos humanos y la generación de conocimientos adaptados a las condiciones de explotación de las diversas producciones regionales en la Argentina, es una cuestión que ha ocupado la atención de diferentes sectores desde las primeras décadas del siglo XX, el presente trabajo pretende constituir un aporte a partir del estudio de las políticas de enseñanza técnica agrícola en la provincia de Mendoza. Atiende así al análisis del funcionamiento de las escuelas técnico-agrícolas desde su creación, en 1939, hasta principios de la década de 1950. Concretamente, surge el interrogante acerca de las características que tuvieron durante dos administraciones que, de signos políticos diferentes, tuvieron que enfrentar crisis vitivinícolas y promover la diversificación agroindustrial. Ello lleva a indagar el perfil productivo de los planes de estudio, incursionando además en aquellos factores que pudieran influir en el funcionamiento regular de los establecimientos y condicionar la permanencia de alumnos y la formación de recursos humanos especializados.  Facultad de Filosofía y Humanidades.
